Common questions
How long does it take a postcard to arrive?
Postcards are printed and mailed within one business day. Delivery is via USPS First-Class Mail, typically 3–7 days within the United States.
Can I cancel a postcard after I send it?
Once a postcard has been sent to the printer (usually within minutes of you tapping send), it can't be canceled. If you spot a typo immediately, email support and we'll do our best.
Where can I send postcards to?
United States addresses to start. International is on the roadmap.
